If you've booked with a business that requires a credit card number to hold the appointment, you have the option of removing that card number from the business if you need to update that information.
Once you remove the current card on file, you'll be prompted to enter your card number again and can enter the updated information when booking your next appointment online. To remove your credit card on file, log on to your scheduling profile in Schedulicity. Just navigate to Schedulicity and click "sign in" button in the top right corner. Once logged in with your email and password, click on the icon in the upper right hand corner and select the "my profile" option.
Under the "Business Preferences" heading, locate the business with whom you'd like to remove your credit card information. Select the "card is on file (remove)" link. Your card will now be removed from that business's records. Repeat as needed for other businesses.
The next time you book online with that business, you can enter your new card.
